Air conditioning maintenance

Most manfacturer's dependant on the system normally recommend at least two maintenance vsit a year to We have a dedicated team of reliable experienced service engineers who can service any make of Air conditioning units to maximise performance and prolong there lifespan. We can tailor your maintenance requirements to suit you and are flexible and reliable. We also offer a priority emergency call out service to those in contract at a reduced rate normally if not the same day within 24hr's to repair faults and breakdown of parts (subject to additional costs for replacement parts unless under manufacturers warranty). We can service any number of units from domestic multi splits or office blocks for example with any number of units. Repeat customer reference's are available on request.

Complete Mechanical maintenance

We can take on your building's complete mechanical maintenance under one roof saving you money, time and the headache of finding several different contractors you may not have used before and may not be trustworthy. We can send several skilled engineers on one appointment to service all your mechanical systems in one hit allowing you minimal disruption to your working day and the peace of mind that we have unbiased knowledge of the mechanical systems in your building.
